Uncoated (not coated) optics performance is defined primarily by the substrate material and surface parameters. Depending on material, Alien Photonics blank optics are used across UV–VIS–NIR and IR ranges. Windows provide protection with high transmission, prisms enable beam deviation or dispersion, and wedges help suppress back reflections and improve beam alignment.
